To request copies of any of our publications, please download the printable Order Form or send a note to University Lutheran Chapel indicating the books desired and the quantities, along with a check for the total amount, including shipping and handling. Books are sent only after receipt of payment.
University Lutheran Chapel is a non-for-profit organization. Monies received are used strictly to offset printing costs and pay postage and shipping costs. Proceeds from books sold from the Other New Books and Used Books sections will be used to purchase new books for the Loehe Library at ULC.

Didache

Didache is a catechetical study guide developed by Professor Pless for use in adult catechesis. Shaped by the joy and challenges of teaching the faith during his many years as campus pastor at the U of M and his two years as a campus ministry vicar at Valparaiso University, Didache is based upon the three chief catechetical texts of the Church: the Scriptures, the Small Catechism, and the Hymnal. Over the years Didache has become the curriculum of choice in adult catechesis for dozens of confessionally minded pastors throughout the U.S. and beyond.

This fine essay was delivered by Dr. Wollenburg at A Day of Theological Response held at University Lutheran Chapel in 1990. The conference was held in response to a pro-women's ordination conference, Different Voices, Shared Vision, held the previous year at Jehovah Lutheran Church in St. Paul. Dr. Wollenburg's essay provides a clear exposition of the scriptural case for the exclusion of women from the Office of the Holy Ministry.
