Upcoming Retreats
Every year our LSF group participates in three study retreats at campus ministries within our region (LSF Region IV). These are lots of fun with plenty of opportunities to learn, socialize and make new friends. We also get to learn from some of the brightest pastors and professors in Lutheranism!
In addition to retreats, LSF also hosts one-evening miny retreats, called Nurture Nights, usually in conjuction with ULC's preaching workshop or another event where we can borrow the speaker and spend an evening with him.

This year's speaker was Dr. Beverly Yahnke who spoke with us about mental illness, focusing especially on depression and suicide. We thank Dr. Yahnke for an outstanding retreat. You can listen to her presentations by clicking the link below for the 2008 retreat.
