VOTERS MEETING: The Voters will meet on Sunday, Feb 12th after the Divine Service. The main item of business will be the election of chapel officers and discussion of our plans in regard to the chapel property and possible relocation. All members and associate members are eligible to vote and hold office. If you are interested in becoming a member, please see Pastor Kind.
YEAR END STATEMENTS: Your year-end offering statement is available on the narthex table today. Those not picked up today will be mailed on Monday.
OFFERING ENVELOPES: 2012 envelopes are still available on the narthex table. Please pick yours up if you haven't done so yet. If you have not been receiving offering envelopes but would like to use them, please let Pr. Kind or Stacy Phan know.
BUILDING SALE UPDATE: Pr. Kind and our building committee are working hard to identify a new worship space to use should we be unable to stop the sale of our chapel building. We hope to continue all of our regular activities as usual, centered on the Divine Service and study of God's word, once we will have moved. If you have any questions or suggestions please speak with Pr. Kind, congregational president Glen Meints, or one of the elders.
COUNTDOWN TO SILENT AUCTION & CRAFT FAIR: There are 21 days to the auction. Have you saved the date? Have you invited your family and friends? Please RSVP on Facebook or on the Silent Auction display in the narthex.
- We are still accepting donations for baskets.
- Or make a monetary donation so we can shop for you.
- Donate bottles of wine for the wine raffle.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: We are looking for a few volunteers to help our properties committee sort through the contents of the chapel and decide what items we want to retain if/when we need to move. Please see Jim Boldt if you are willing to help.
