The minimum goal is the amount needed (in addition to ULC members' offerings) to meet our budget.

The upper range goal of $50,000 is to build our endowment fund and support expanded ministry.

We need your help

University Lutheran Chapel is committed to providing faithful, orthodox, confessional Lutheran campus ministry at the University of Minnesota.

In the past our chapel was heavily funded by the Minnesota South District of the LC-MS. That is no longer the case. Rather than continue being dependent upon program subsidy, University Lutheran Chapel took the bold step this year (2011) of requesting the district to remove us from their mission subsidy budget. Despite our increasing independence and success as a campus ministry and congregation, the District has now sold the chapel property. As we seek to move forward, facing the uncertainties the loss of our chapel and our upcoming relocation bring us, we need your help more than ever before.

Please help ensure that the vital work of confessional Lutheran campus ministry not only continues, but grows and thrives.
